Our Returns & Refunds Policy
- Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
- You may return most items sold by Cinemashops.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund .

If you receive a damaged or defective item :
If the item has a damaged or defective part, please contact us at sales@cinemashops.com to get a customer service to assist you. You can usually find contact information listed in the invoice that came with the item.
If you receive the wrong item or an item you didn't order:
You will see the list of items in your invoice where you can indicate items that you didn't order. We'll ask you to indicate the number of items you're returning, as well as whether they arrived instead of or in addition to items that you did order. We will also ask you whether you need a refund or a replacement sent to you.
Shipping and handling will not be refunded unless we shipped an incorrect item or an error was made on our part. You are responsible for shipping charges for all returns including defective items, and damaged items
. We will pay for the shipping back to you on a replacement for a defective
item.

In order to return any item you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number.
Your will need the ORDER NUMBER or INVOICE NUMBER to verify the status. Remember to write down your Order ID number for future reference.
Cinemashops.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RA number.
Cinemashops.com will send you the tracking number and the instruction how to trace your parcel.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any item that is special order by you.
